A CLO is responsible for developing an organization's learning strategies, learning processes, learning resources (instructors, training coordinators, content developers, etc.), and the learning technologies. In a nutshell, a CLO decides on learning content, learning delivery methods, who supports learning, and how the tracking will occur within an organization.
